In Alik Kilim carpet store, our goal is to offer the best selection of quality rugs at the lowest prices to our customers, while always keeping superior Customer Service a top priority.
All of our products are 100% handmade and is amount limited. It is hard to happen to an exact same one after you buying the rug. Which means it needs more time to wait for the producing and shipping. Hope you can understand.

PRIVACY AND SECURITY POLICY
Your privacy and security is very important to us. Our website is fully secured and tested with bank-level encryption to keep all information completely safe. Your personal information (collected when you place an order or register for an account) is kept safe and is never sold to any outside parties. Every promotional email that we send is only sent upon your request, and you will also have the option to opt-out/unsubscribe at any time.

CANCELLATIONS
Your decision of cancellation is respected an d you are on your own to change your mind. We give top priority to every request to cancel an order.
Once our warehouse has confirmed that the order can be canceled, we will issue a prompt refund. Please note, however, that sometimes an order is too far along in the shipping process to be canceled. Return shipping costs for canceled or refused items will be deducted from the refund amount, as per our normal return policy.

14-DAY RETURNS
Most products qualify for 14-day returns for a full refund of the purchase price when returned in new condition, as notated on each product page. Certain discounted on sale items are generally not returnable.
Return shipping expense is the responsibility of the customer.
However, we are happy to send a return shipping label at our Commercial Shipping Rates. Should you decide to return an item, please click the chat button on our website to leave a request of return and provide your contacting email as well as the returning order number.
Returning an order by 'refusing to accept it' will incur a return shipping fee that will be deducted from your refund amount. Since most of our handmade rugs are made in Afghan and Turkey, such returning will take some time and shipping, restocking fees. Please reconsider before you making the order to avoid any unnecessary return.
Refused packages may also be subject to a 20% restocking fee (unless damaged). Damaged orders will be replaced at no cost to the Customer.
